For over 100 years, society has utilized the natural bacterial ecosystems to degrade contamination in our waste treatment systems. For the last 25 years or so, the environmental community has developed Bioremediation products and processes, utilizing the same systems of microbes, to degrade hydrocarbon pollutants spilled by man. Many formulas and products have been developed and patented to restore contaminated sites to acceptable clean-up levels. CP Environmental has utilized a progression of three varied and successful formulas that have proven themselves to degrade hydrocarbons to State and Federal Clean-up levels over the last twelve years.

In order to produce a site specific Bioremediation product, three four ounce soil samples will need to be extracted from the contamination plume and shipped to our manufacturing plant. From these soil samples, we will culture and extract the indigenous "degrader" bacteria. CP Environmental will provide a custom blend of bacteria strains, extracted from soil samples collected at the environmentally impacted site, that have shown in the laboratory the ability to utilize the spill compounds. The consortium of bacteria extracted from the samples are already acclimated to the soil conditions and have established their ability to survive and proliferate. This process of extracting the "degraders" and cultivating the colonies to produce quantities of ready-to-use product will take ten to twenty one days.

What does this mean to the client who has an environmental problem?

"The Original Bio Degrader" is customized by nature, which results in a different blend of bacterial strains for each site based on soil type and contaminate. This means a quicker reduction of contaminate levels and shorter time required to reach clean-up guidelines.
